Free up space, simplify your engine bay, and get rid of a common failure point. The Tomioka Racing Air Pump Delete Kit is designed to eliminate the secondary air injection pump tubes that connect to the cylinder heads on Subaru EJ20 and EJ25 engines. Ideal for high-performance, track-only, or off-road applications, this kit cleanly seals the ports on the cylinder heads with precision-machined block-off plates.

Why delete the Subaru air pump?

  • Remove a known weak point: Factory air pumps and valves are notorious for failure on EJ engines as they age.
  • Cleaner engine bay: Fewer hoses, valves, and pipes makes working on the engine easier.
  • Perfect for EJ swaps and builds: Useful when adapting later EJ255/EJ257 cylinder heads to earlier engines or custom setups.
  • Track and race use: Popular upgrade for dedicated performance builds where emissions equipment has been removed where legally allowed.

Premium Tomioka Racing Construction

  • CNC-machined from T6 aluminum for a precise fit on EJ20 and EJ25 cylinder heads.
  • Titanium anodized finish for a clean, corrosion-resistant look in the engine bay.
  • Complete kit – includes new gaskets and mounting hardware for a proper seal.
