This information can found by opening ProECU and Pressing F1

License's are non-refundable once generated, make sure you vehicles ECU is in good working order before attempting any programming. Generating a ROM DUMP is a good way to test this. We are not responsible for failed programming that's a result from damaged hardware or locked ECUs.

You need to download EcuTek App Downloader and follow the setup instructions.
